RESERVATION, CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION :

  1. Reservation must be made at least 2 (two) months prior to travel
  2. The reservation made is not transferable
  3. If you have any changes to your reservation please inform RavingBali or it’s representative as early as possible by email. Please note that any acceptance of any changes is subject to availability
  4. Down payment will be required for all confirmed reservation and is not refundable

To cancel or amend the reservation:

Cancellation penalty will be applied based on our cancellation policy as below:

  1. 25% cancellation fee will applied for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the travel date
  2. 50% cancellation fee will applied for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the travel date

PAYMENTS :

  1. All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by down payment
  2. Down payment is 50%, by PayPal or Bank TT to our account, upon confirmed reservation and 50% final settlement upon arrival
  3. All rates are INCLUDING tax and service charges, and are quoted in US Dollars
  4. Payment in local currency (IDR) will be converted according to the current rate as of the billing date
  5. Please note that Bank charges are paid by the client

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :

  1. All travels will be governed by the terms and conditions of air/land/sea transportation
  2. RavingBali is not responsible for cancellation or delays
  3. Upon Arrival our representative will be waiting at airport’s arrival hall.
  4. Departure transfer : all information regarding the departure transfer will be confirmed one day before departure

OTHERS :

  1. Villa’s / hotel’s rooms may  vary in style and size from one to another
  2. Single room means 1 room with 1 King/Queen bed or 1 to 2 single beds valid for 1 person only
  3. Double room means 1 room with 1 King/Queen bed valid for 2 persons
  4. Twin room means 1 room with 2 single beds valid for 2 persons
  5. Self drive car : 4 seated car (unless other wise stated)
  6. RavingBali neither imply nor assume liability for other operators we may book through
  7. By making reservation with RavingBali you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated above
